For 12-week long bootcamps, students who withdraw from the course 7 days after the start of the first program session can receive a refund of the course tuition, minus their initial deposit or enrollment fee of $300. Past the 7 days, students will be 100% liable for the tuition costs and deposit.

• Self-Paced Course Refund Policy: Students have the right to cancel their course registration up to three days after the course purchase date. QuickStart will not grant a refund under any of the following conditions: a certificate has been issued to the student, if course credits have been officially reported, or if the course has been completed.

• Virtual Instructor-Led Course Refund Policy: Cancellations made for live classes more than 15 days prior to the start of the course may be eligible for a refund. If the course has been completed, the course is non-refundable. If a student cancels within 15 days of the class start date, the class is non-refundable. Students will have the option to reschedule the class at no additional fee, on a space-available basis.

Regarding the Shipping Policy, all shipping charges are non-refundable. Once redeemed, digital course materials are non-refundable. If the course(s) include physical or digital materials, students have the option to return such materials and book(s) or keep them at cost.
